Car seats and booster seats are not permitted as this is a two - seater vehicle with no doors. 

There is a strict ❌no smoking ❌ policy. $250 fee if smoking occurs. 

Toll Pass is provided for your convenience. You are responsible for any tolls, tickets or violations during your rental period.

If the car is not returned at the same gas level as received there will be a $50 fee. Please respect the vehicle for the next guest. If the interior is not returned in the condition received fees can range from $50-$250 for cleaning.
